Schedule a video chat so we can meet and I can get know you better and your wishes for your vacation.

To benefit from my local expertise and to create your custom itinerary, I charge a non-refundable retainer fee of €500, which is fully applied towards your all-inclusive land tour package. 

Note: This retainer fee is best suited for vacations of a minimum 5-day duration or longer. 

Once I receive the non-refundable retainer fee, I design a unique itinerary for you. By zoom calls & via emails, I will create a recommended itinerary that incorporates what you wished for, plus some extras I think you’ll love. Then, I will fine-tune it until it’s exactly what you want. I thrive to create an experience for you and not just a trip, so you can expect that we will be communicating a bit while I perfect your itinerary. The itinerary will be unique to you and your travel companions.

The quote I send you is in the EURO per-person. Price varies on many factors including destination, number of participants, time of year, accommodations and more. You will make the final choice of your accommodations and activities based on your preferences. 

Note: I recommend that you confirm your dates six months to a year in advance to ensure that I can book your first choices. Tour dates for private guided tours are booked on a first come, first served basis, so it is important to book early to get your desired dates. 

Note: Please note I do not offer a breakdown of prices included in the packages I create. 

After you approve the itinerary and the quote, and I have received your 30% deposit, I start booking your accommodations, ground transportation, and reserve your selected activities. I will be available to answer your questions during the entire process. As bookings are subject to availability, the sooner a trip is confirmed, the better the availability. Final payment is due 60 days prior to travel.

As your arrival date to Italy draws closer, you will receive your itinerary on our AXUS travel app. You will need to download the app on your phone to have access to all your travel details while traveling. I will also add to the app, country specific information chock full of travel tips, cultural and practical information to make your trip more enjoyable. All you have to do now is sit back and relax knowing all the details are taken care of. Looking forward to seeing you in Italy!
